Doctoral candidate Julia Brown, along with a team of colleagues at the U.S. General Services Administration's Office of Evaluation Sciences, was selected to participate in the Joint Statistical Research Program (JSRP) through the Internal Revenue Service. The JSRP seeks to enable the use of tax microdata by qualified researchers through a competitive call for proposals. Julia and her colleagues were selected for their project entitled "Tax Benefits at the Transition to Adulthood: The Impacts of the EIP and the Expanded/Advance CTC on Tax Filing Behaviors and College Decisions."
