Edith Laget, a graduate student in the Economics Ph.D. program, has been awarded a Summer Research Fellowship by the American Economic Association's Committee on the Status of Women in the Economics Profession (CSWEP).  Edith just completed her fourth year in the Ph.D. program and is studying international trade under the direction of Professor Nuno Limao.  She will use the CSWEP fellowship to spend the summer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, working on her dissertation, which studies the implications of harmonization of product standards for international trade.
