Professor John Wallis elected President of the Economic History Association

Professor John Wallis was elected President of the Economic History Association. The Association is the founding association for economic history and supports for economic history groups and research in the United States. Professor Wallis’s term runs from September 2020 to October 2021. He is organizing the 2021 Association meeting in Tucson (or online). The theme of the meetings is “Rules, Organizations, and Governments: Institutions and Economic History.” Travel and housing support is available for graduate students.
