Account Termination
Faculty, Staff, and Students will be sent a "warning" e-mail, no sooner than 11 months after they leave the department, informing them that their accounts will be deleted in 1 month. The warning e-mail will be sent to the ECON e-mail address that is on file with the department. 1 month after the e-mail, the user's ECON accounts may be deleted without further notification and will be unrecoverable. This includes the user's associated ECON e-mail account, ECON Novell account, ECON network files/data, and any related ECON websites.
